Course Description
On this course, you will be introduced to contemporary themes in Organisational Psychology such as Organisational Grit, Growth Mindset, Emotional Agility and Psychological Safety within teams and organisations, more broadly. The links between these themes, employee and organisational performance and wellbeing will be explored.
Implications for policy makers/governments, employers, employees and researchers will subsequently be addressed.
